Owner: The Site is owned and operated by Dilip Das, Proprietor of Das Fishing House, located at Krishna Bazar, Memari, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, Pin-713146.
Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Acceptance and Payment
Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment: All payments must be received by us before the order is accepted and shipped. We accept payment methods as indicated on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they leave our premises.
4. STRICT NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Final Sale: All sales made through Das Fishing House are final.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for items purchased, including but not limited to, reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size/spec ordered by the customer, or incompatibility.
Defective or Damaged Items (Upon Receipt): While we check all products for quality before shipping, if an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at dasfishinghouse@info.com with photographic evidence. Resolution for such cases will be at the sole discretion of Das Fishing House and may only involve a store credit or replacement of the exact item, not a cash refund.
5. Product Use and Warranty
Intended Use: The products sold by Das Fishing House are intended for fishing purposes only. You are responsible for using the products safely and according to all applicable laws and regulations.
Brand Warranties: Products are sold "as is." Any warranties are provided solely by the original manufacturer (Okuma, Penn, Rapala, etc.). We do not provide our own warranty and are not responsible for manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly.

The content, design, logo ("DAS FISHING HOUSE"), and graphics on this Site are the property of Dilip Das and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission from us.
